Nos Populus is a grassroots project created and maintained by individuals who believe in the power of collective action and transparent governance. This website is not affiliated with any organization, corporation, or political party.

This list is a starting point, not a rigid doctrine. We don't expect, or even want everyone to agree on the 'how.' If you have competing ideas or different priorities, that is a good thing. To us, diversity means infinite perspectives, and we welcome the conversation because we believe that challenging ideas is exactly how we refine them. That said, we strongly believe in the items on this list and would not place them here without reason.

Is there a changelog?

Yes, there is a simple changelog. You can find it here. This is not a comprehensive changelog, but it will be updated when changes are made. In the future, we may implement a more comprehensive changelog in the form of a "diff", or may even make the github repository public.

How is this project funded?

This project is self-funded by the individuals who maintain it. We do not accept donations, corporate funding, or any form of financial support at this time. All costs are presently covered out of pocket by the volunteers. For the sake of transparency, we will update this section if and when we receive any financial support.

What is the purpose of this website?

The purpose of Nos Populus is to consolidate and present a clear set of political reform demands that prioritize citizens over corporate interests. We aim to provide a framework for accountability and a counter-narrative to corporate influence in politics.

Do you collect data or track user activity?

No, we do not collect data or track user activity. At present, we host this website on Cloudflare Pages, which has a privacy-first approach to analytics, and only stores very basic metrics:

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics. We also don’t “fingerprint” individuals via their IP address, User Agent string, or any other data for the purpose of displaying analytics. Our analytics are non-invasive and respect the privacy of your visitors.

As always, you are encourage to review the privacy policies of any services you consider using or are already using, especially within the realm of grassroots activism and political engagement.
